A FlipBook of an abridged version of the "Aeneid" is now available online for free for a short time. It includes illustrations, short audios of a few lines of Virgil's poetry (paraphrased so middle school students can understand it) as well as an abridged version of a classic that attempted to explain the founding of Rome. In some states, such as California, "Aeneid" is part of their state standards. For this reason, this free version also includes links to teaching tools that include a diagram map of the gods and goddesses and interactive games students can play as chapter reviews. Grab this ready-made classroom tool for your students, kids, or grandkids before it's gone! For download info, email: mariesontag@mariesontag.com
